I called Holland America Cruise line to inquire about my upcoming trip. I was not aware that the number I had was related to a scam. The representative on the other side answered and stated that they represent Holland America Cruise line. They appeared knowledgeable about my trip after I shared the booking reference number. They knew every detail and offered information about excursions. They even knew the price that I originally paid for my ticket. At some point of the call they offered a different/smaller price for the trip from the one I originally paid. They said if I pay the new/smaller price right away they would refund the original/higher price within some time. I never received the refund and of course was never again able to reach to them on the phone number or the email address they provided.

Had issue on pc on booking flight with southwest airline and I used phone booked flight by phone printed fake itinerary checked with airline not in the airline system.
