Online Purchase

Made reservation through reservation portal.com to make a booking at Disney Dolphin on the same day as I cancelled it. It says it is non refundable but exceptions are made. There was also 553$ of undisclosed charges and fees that they told me they have to pay the hotel partner. I have emailed them asking to please reconsider their decision not to refund me and said it was denied and the second time they said they would give me back 10% of the booking. WOW
I also called Disney Dolphin to ask if there was a reservation made in my name that was cancelled and they did not have that. (And never received a confirmation number from the hotel)Disney Dolphin told me to be careful, there is a lot of scammers out there.
I am currently disputing this company and their charges with my banks credit card. Hope all goes in the right direction
