I called the number on the website to ask why it was pending, and he said the fare was no longer available at that price, but 900. I asked for a refund, but he said no refunds were possible. He then tried to negotiate the price. I asked again for a refund but he refused. I immediately blocked my Mastercard, but was too late.
The customer service email does not go through.
I have contacted MasterCard as well as my bank, and filed with Consumer Fraud Protection.
