Cedrick Martin of ResearchCaptive contacted our business over 100 times in the past two years soliciting business. On March 27 2026 he confirmed he would deliver a data set that when sent March 31 2026 turned out to be 84% fraudulent as determined by a third party service evaluator, and 86% fraudulent by our resource software. We returned the fake data and and asked for a full refund of $2000. Cedrick Martin has not returned our requests for a refund but acknowledged the data as not valid.
