This company posed as representing hotels.com and used our booking information to make it seem like we were paying part of our booking upfront with hotels.com to secure our rate. They were in fact charging us an ADDITIONAL 898.96 above our hotels.com booking for a service they have no ability to provide. They were deceptive the whole time and when i called after having to pay the hotel their fee I was told that money was for making sure the hotel didn't change their rates before we arrived. The hotel had never heard of this company before! Scam and a half.
