Dear Team,

I would like to report a scam involving individuals falsely claiming to represent TotalAV. The scammers used the phone number 888-319-8519 and promoted a fake support page titled "How do I Cancel My TotalAV Subscription: A Step by..." to appear legitimate. They attempted to mislead customers into believing they were contacting official TotalAV support and pressured victims into making payments or sharing sensitive personal and financial information. I am concerned that others may also be targeted through this fraudulent phone number and misleading website. Please investigate this impersonation and take appropriate action to help prevent additional consumers from becoming victims.
