We were scammed by a fake lawyer claiming to help landlords evict tenants after we had been denied at the Landlord tenant board after waiting 7 months for a hearing. He was very attentive and answered all of our questions until we paid him and then he just didn’t do any of the work we paid him to do, started lying, and now he has done dark on me since I have been pursuing a refund.
