I paid A $50 consultation fee for them to “start the process” of fixing my credit. Since then they have attempted to take $600 from me to date. Every time my bank blocks their merchant account they try and hit me with a new formation of the name Hancock CR
They heave never delivered on their promise to “escalate the process” of buying the home. The closest they came was sending my a bunk link designed to collect more information from me and they told me to fill out the survey to start the process of buying A home. It was a never ending cesspool of surveys about Medicaid and mesothelioma
Nobody at the company will return my phone calls or emails. I never gave them any authority to debit my account beyond the initial consult fee and was never informed of future billings. I have called them daily and no return calls, only attempted billing’s that get rejected because I have my card turned off
