I saw an ad via Instagram regarding Rent to Own homes. I filled out a form to be contacted with information. They reached out via Text Messaging and asked me a few questions regarding what I was looking for, home wise. I was sent a link for an application of sort, and provided my SS #, DOB, Annual Income, etc. My son also filled out this application to act as a Co-Applicant. They advised that I'd speak with a Payment Specialist on Tuesday August 4th at 10a. Day of the 4th, I received text message confirming appointment, even minutes leading up to 10a. I received no call and when I attempted to call the number that was provided to me, every option I pressed on the automated line, hung the call up. Something did not feel right so I sent a text requesting my application be removed and any information I provided.
