When I used this product within one week of receipt, I couldn't stand the smell and it made me sick. They are supposed to have a 90-day money back guarantee, but they only have an email address: [email protected]. I sent four emails to that address, and also replied to an email from "the company owner" who stated that she responds to every email. I told her of the problem and requested the full refund - no response from any of the emails or contact. This has been going on for 7 weeks now.
