I purchased a product online that was advertised as organic, and with a US address. There is a 90 day money back guarantee in the ad if not satisfied for any reason. When the shipping tracking was provided, I noticed that it was coming from China, which concerned me. I received the product, and when I opened the shipping packaging I noticed that there was a shipping label put over the original label, with a shipping return address of SPO, 3716 River Rd Unit 200, Franklin Park, IL 60131. I had requested a return label right away, within 30 days of receipt from the email address they provided on their website, stating that I have not opened any of the products. but want to return all because it is not a US Organic product, as implied on the website. They initially said they were very busy and I should be patient. After multiple emails to follow up, I never received this label. There is NO phone number on the site, other than the email address. This is a total scam.
