I paid for a camera repair diagnostic and sent my camera out to be repaired. Camera was diagnosed and repair fee was paid for. I received my camera after the initial "repair" and after 2 weeks my camera was having the same issues. Camera was sent back to Long Beach a second time to be fixed again, but this time within the 6 month repair warranty. Over a month of no communication from this business about my camera, not responding to website messages and email address has been deactivated. Lost $205 and my camera. Through this whole entire process, communication with this owner was very little, would not respond or takes weeks to respond.
