Receiving calls up to 5x a day from "Regal Capital Group", using VoIP numbers from across the US. For the past year at least, the calls have been increasing steadily. Each one leaves a VM from "Mary", "Mark", "Beth", "Tara"...with a script. It goes something like this; "Hey, this is ___ calling you back again. Your business has been prequalified for a business loan, funds available within 24hrs..." After continuing to block the endless calls from new numbers, I decided to start answering. Over the last few days, I have called them non-stop at each number they called from to the point of them disconnecting the number. The scam is actually quite good in how they use a canned recorded response to typical questions, vocal inflections and all. Different from an automated system. What I deduct is happening is the scammer has responses to questions that business owners may ask when calling initially. However, the scammer is listening to you while you are speaking with “Mary or Mark”. There’s a slight delay before being transferred to a senior loan advisor and you can hear a busy call center, guessing India. I attempted to speak to the real person behind the canned responses, and the call disconnected immediately each time. If you tell them to stop calling, suddenly “Mary” hangs up on you for example. I then pretended to be interested in a loan three times. All three on the other line had thick Indian accents but state they are from “Wyoming”, “New York”, “Texas” and proceed to ask you to email them the past 4 months of your business bank statements. Each call disconnected shortly after I began lecturing them about attempting to defraud owners who may fall for their tactics. We are now in a cat and mouse game, calling me with dead silence on the other line. I callback over and over until they have to find another VoIP number. I am in the process of gathering as many phone numbers and information that I can before someone falls for this and loses their business.

Same as everybody else, repeated robocalls. Somehow they skip giving you a chance to answer and force directly to voicemail. Been told many times not to call but they continue. Company is registered in Sheridan Wyoming principal agent is listed as Andrew Pierce. Andrew Pierce works for a law firm that just registers businesses. You could try calling Andrew's business, Wyoming LLC attorney at 3076830983. Won't accomplish anything but maybe they will figure out they should not be registering scam companies. Btw, Regal Capital group was dissolved in January of this year for failure to pay taxes.

I get about 20 to 30 calls a month from "Mark" at Regal Capital Group. My phone lists the call as a "possible scam", so I let it go to voice-mail. He also uses the "Dun & Bradstreet" on my business scam. But there is no business at my number. There never has been! It's a private cell number. The number he leaves to call him back is always disconnected.
When I call the originating number in Texas, the voice-mail system directs me to press 1 to speak to a representative or 2 to be placed on their "do not call" list.
I've pressed 2 at least 25 times in the last month. They're still calling. So in the last 2 weeks, I've been pressing 1 to talk to a human. When I try to explain that there is no business at my number, they just hang up and call me back the next day.
Can I sue these con artists?

Got an unsolicited call from (347) 588-2414 saying to call (949) 520-6970 for small business funding for up to $500k at 4.8%, Dexter answered the phone without stating the business name and asked me if I was my mother. I asked how he knows that name and he said they got it from Dun & Bradstreet because we had a 76 DUNS score, but that doesn't explain how he knew my mom's name. I don't live anywhere near California, and the DUNS application I filed never included her name. I asked if they had a website and they directed me to https://regalcapgroup.com/ and when I informed him that none of the links work, he said he believed the site was going through maintenance. He then put me on about a 5 second hold to go and ask if the site was going through maintenance and came back to confirm that it was, even though I could tell he literally just put the line on hold, counted to 5 and came back. I'm always cautious of people who answer the phone and say "Funding department" and don't give a name or business. Not only is it unprofessional, but it is and should always be a red flag when a supposed employee will not state their employers name when answering a phone for a potential client. Not only did this happen but when I said I missed a call from them, that's when they asked if I was my mother. I didn't give them any information, they just immediately ran the phone from the carrier and pulled my mom's name off of the AT&T record.

This company is a scam, they use telemarketers calling me 6am

Look up their job listings to confirm, it’s the same address of the pinehurst business scam only they changed their name again, first from us capital, then pinehurst, now regal. They’re trying to avoid their responsibilities since pinehurst has a class action lawsuit against it.
