The company states from California USA, but shipped China.Bougt an option free returns label and told when the shoe did fit they don’t accept returns or exchanges but would give me 50% off another pair. The original address on file was Washington now is Wyoming. They don’t answer phone only will respond to several attempts through email. Also, I went back after purchasing and all their claims of being on women’s health and other advertising pages was a lie.

I purchased 2 bras online. Once I realized that these were not being shipped out of Wyoming, I tried to cancel my order. But they told me that they were already shipped from Vietnam. Once I received my order, the size was so completely off that not even a child could wear these. When I tried to ask for the information to return my item, they kept trying to get me to get a replacement, or offer me an in store credit. I said I just wanted my money back and they said they could only send me 50% of my money back. This is ridiculous and very misleading! It took 3 1/2 weeks for me to get my items in the first place. I want to report them for running a scam and taking people's money for no reason.
