reFOCUS Lifestyle Company, LLC. makes nutrition shakes. I first found them on shelves in a grocery store. I subscribed for a monthly shipment of these shakes at itsrefocus.com. After creating my online account and providing my credit card information for automatic monthly charges, I became unable to access my account. My password no longer works (which I am sure is not my fault, especially considering I even wrote down my information as I created the account so it is impossible for me to even "forget" my password), and the "reset password" process doesn't work. I follow the link for "forgot password," I receive an automated email, it says to click the link to reset the password, I click the link, and it just takes me right back to the form where it asks for email/username and sends the email again. It's actually literally impossible to reset your password. It's just a loop that goes nowhere. So I used the online form at itsrefocus.com/contact to report the broken system and say that I can't access my account. I sent two message via this online form but received no responses after a whole month. I moved to a new home. So now, I'm being charged for shakes that are being shipped to an address where I no longer live with no way to change my shipping address or cancel my subscription, and there is no way to contact the company. There is not a phone number to be found anywhere and they cannot be found on social media. The company does not respond to messages sent via their online contact form.
