Sent me a letter in the mail offering to buy my property at 10% of it value! They should be investigated for mail fraud! Trying to scam people into selling their property well below market pricing!

We received a letter offering us 16,000 for our 10 acres of land which we paid 75,000 for. I contacted them and said I would be happy to sell the property at 16,000 per acre total purchase price 160,000. Have a return call at 3pm should be a good laugh.
