I downloaded Reel.ai to watch one video and this plan was to delete the app. It required my account information, so I put it in. On 10/12/26 it charged me the initial $16.41 to start the subscription. After watching the video I looked for a cancel subscription option and there was none. I found a reddit that was made 3 months ago on how to cancel your subscription and the website listed is now gone. You cannot even open the website from a computer. So I canceled by credit card and they were able to make it to where the card auto-transferred my information if I were to cancel the card. I am currently in the process with the back to have this charges blocked but they notified me that it my not be "blockable." The original plan agreed to was a monthly subscription but they have currently charged me $27.36 on 10/19/26 and there is a pending payment on 10/25/26. If the charge is not "blockable" I will be closing my card entirely.
