Placed an order on May 9th, on 5/15 item said it was shipped, on 5/28 it was several states away and then 1 day later it states it was delivered. Never received product, contacted via email and they said it was delivered. They offered a small amount as a refund and I still have never received the refund or the product 3 months later.
