I ordered a red wing jersey on December 6, 2017, the website states you will receive your order in 7 to 10 days. I did not receive the order and contacted customer service. They initially state the order was being processed. I emailed again and received a reply stating that the order was processed. They gave me a tracking number and said to track via USPS sometimes takes 24 to 72 hours. Every time I check it states there is no status for that tracking number. I have contacted customer service 3 more times and have not received a reply.
