I found a listing for an apartment rental at 170 Gore St, Cambridge, MA 02141 for unit ***. I was interested in the unit as the listed monthly rent was exceptionally lower than the marker average for the area, and so I contacted the listing agency which provided the phone number 631-517-5553. After talking with the agency I received and email from a Dr. Rodney Krepline, who already has a listed incident with the Better Business Bureau, asking to complete a rental application and submit fees for first months rent and a security deposit totaling $3,720. During the phone call they said that the current tenant of unit *** would be moving out at the end of this month or next and asked when I would like to start a lease.

However, I live right across the hall from unit *** and talked with the current tenant. They have just moved in and are not moving out in the timeframe Dr. Rodney Krepline provided, and the listed rental price is far lower than what the current tenant is paying.
