We received a call from an individual identifying himself as Daniel Mora, a property manager for Redfin. He sent us a proposal for painting services at apartments within a 25-mile radius of our location. The proposal required a $5,000 performance bond.

However, his email ([email protected]) did not include his title, location, or phone number, which raised concerns. Upon further research, we discovered multiple scam reports associated with this email, all involving the same proposal we received.

We believe this may be a scam and wanted to report it for further investigation.
