The did a job posting, had me interview by asking questions through the chat service Telegram, once I answered they quickly moved me to the next steps in the process, and advised me that I would be starting today in the morning. So I logged on and everything was going smooth, I was supposed to be partnered up with my trainer that would train on what my job duties were going to be, so they asked that I fill out all the proper paperwork for employment such as w4, background check, bank account information for direct deposit, and a picture of my ID. I sent this information over to then and it was instant back and forth communication with them till I sent the email

with all my paperwork attached, and then they jumped on and said ok we will pass information on to our director then 20 mins went by, 30 mins went by, and then an hour went by. I then messaged to see if there was something I was supposed to be doing in the mean time because I was under the impression that I was being paid for training so I didn't want to be sitting doing nothing, and then I sent a message asking for instructions and nothing and I have not heard from anyone since and that was over 6 hours ago, and they have seen my messages asking for help or what the next steps are but no response.
