I did call back as i had just filed bankruptcy and they said it would not cover this debt (1st red flag) said they did not have info i requested which i requested the name of the creditor, and proof of existing debt. They gave me 3 different creditors at different points of the conversation but said they were just payment processing and they did not have the info i requested.
