Was on vacation in Pigeon Forge Tn was approached by a gentleman named Alex Massey abd my husband and i were asked to sit in on a group presentation. We joined the presentation and they lied to us about everything. They wouldnt let us out of the room until we signed some papers on a computer that we couldnt even read. Unbenounced to me it was a time share that they want us to pay for. My husband asked if we could opt out at any time Mr. Massey said yes definitely yes sir you may opt out at any time. I sent 3 opt out letters the first one was sent 3 days after i got home from Tn. Also sent me a maxed out credit card for 3500 dollars in my name which i wasnt told about either.and now they want me to pay for that also.We kept telling the no no no we dint want this they wouldnt let us out of the room ntil we signed the papers after telling us we could opt out at any time.i canceled my credit card and got a new one through my bank then wyndham resort put charges on my new card i dont know how they got the new credit card numbers and the bank couldnt tell me how they got the new credit card information. So we closed that account and opened an account with another bank. We arent paying them any money we told them over and over again we didnt want it but they wouldnt let us out of the room. Now they are sending me bills in the mail and wanting us to pay for this timeshare that we didnt want at all. Please help us thank you
