I ordered a product from the website, and I received a product that looked very different. When I complained to the company, they told me that I was beyond their 3 day return policy and would not accept a return. So, I wrote back to tell them it is false advertising to post an image of a product and then send something different. They said it's not different enough and they will do better in the future but won't refund me or accept the return. Now the product item is no longer listed on their website and there is no individual person to talk to... they never gave me a name. Just generic-sounding email replies that don't help at all. I also cannot leave a website review.
