Received a letter in the mail from Filing Assistance Services in Princeton, FL stating that property deeds assessment services was asking for money for the property sold/purchased on March 3, 2025 for the deed service fee of $145.95 due by 4/15/2025. Payment to be made by check or money order. No website or phone numbers were included. There was a QR code on the letter. This is fraud as the original title company, seller and real estate agent were all present at the time of home closing. I have the original deed to the property.
