They advertised on Instagram, it took more than a month for the merchandise to arrive, then the quality was so poor that I requested a refund to which they responded with offers for a few dollars discount, when I refused they said I will have to return it to China, when I asked for a prepaid label they ignored me. Two months later they said (after I contacted my Credit card) that they are processing the refund, but that was a lie, they never did and they have not responded to any of my inquiries.

I ordered UV Resistant Colorful Artificial Flowers from them and never got them. I emailed them 5 times or more and they kept giving me fake bar codes and tracking numbers. The last email I sent was a request for a full refund and they replied "We have provided the waybill number and waybill, please use them to check the product, all information has been provided." They did not provide me with any contact phone number. Attached is a screen snap of the order.

I ordered the stainless steel cutting board through Instagram over a month ago. It came over from Italy and has never left Denver. The customer service email keeps giving me the same tracking number and nothing has changed.
