My husband was looking through real estate in our area. He saw our home listed under Forclosure and when read comments it stated “Owner can’t make payments. Not true! We purchased our home in December 2014. Never missed payment.

There have been individuals that post homes for sale that are not for sale or foreclosed on and they keep getting money from the prospective buyer. I don’t want our home to end up with someone knocking at the door asking why we’re in the house they just purchased. That has happened a lot lately. This house was not under foreclosure when bought it. We assumed the loan.

I have sent messages to this company explaining the issue. They say they can’t find the listing and request that I call them. I hid my phone number and tried to call and a recording came on that it was no longer a working number. They have been advised that I would be contacting you or other authorities.

This company is a scam. They offer a 14 day free trial for real estate leads and then charged me $249.50 saying the charge would fall off after 14 days. The consumer goes to my site and has to pay $24.95 a month just to access the address and details of the property. TOTALLY a scam! I would be charged monthly per zip code after the so-called "free trial". What a rip off! Bait and switch!

Said party has property on foreclosure that is not true property is in good standing and not for sale .

They listed my home as a foreclose and posted a picture of my home saying the owners could not make payments. They get people to sign up for $1 for a month of info on the home then if you don't cancel they continue to charge your card $49.60. This is a total scam. I had to call and act like I was canceling to tell them to take my house down off their site at once.

I found an obvious advertisement claiming REO foreclosed (investment) property available for $2050. I clicked on the picture where it blanked out the property address, however the prior web ad showed the address street. I drove out to this property to find United Bank had been built years earlier.

This company gets your information then takes money from you without permission. It’s a monthly charge for a place that you have never heard of. Do not give them your information or even talk to them. And if you do then cancel whatever card you’ve used because they will take your money for no services.
