A letter was sent requesting a closing statement of the sale of the home between 2019 and 2024, claiming a billion dollars would be collected from real estate brokers, and the letter requests the signature to "assign" all funds received to the company. they are also using the word "Realtor" which is violation of anti-trust law. This is really scary - I am a Realtor(R) and I'm afraid for people - a closing statement is completely confidential, and also contain ALL information about the transacction - Buyer/Seller/ property address/proceeds, especially and shows the sales price. These people need to be stopped.
