I ordered textbooks and never received them (see other scam report websites for others who have also). They list customer support numbers that never answer and a chat that never answers either.

Purchased a certification review book never received it. Told rep order number 428 5 times …. He would not remember it, told me he would call me back in 5 to 10 min after he looked it up. I asked why can’t you look it up while I am on the phone. He dismissed my concern and never called me back. When I called them back many times they never answered. No book

I purchased a textbook online. Upon deeper review, the phone doesn’t answer, nor does the chat feature; the item reviews are in the same tone and the business address is for generic, business rentals. I have no shipping updates or returned emails.
