These people keep calling me and my elderly mom with dementia day after day, with threats that I am being served papers. There are no legal actions against me at all. They are phishing, but they are aggressive and won't stop. I looked up "RDR Processing" and it's a scam. They gave me this phone number to call: 877-549-0517

Caller said this is Adzelly with RDR Processing. There has been a failed attempt to "delivered" documents in regards to the complaint to your verified residence. You will need to be available to receive the documentation. And if we are unable to reach you at your residence, we will attempt to reach you at your "verify" place of employment. This does require your immediate attention. In order to stop further action from being taken you will need to reach out to the filing party at 855-358-2714. This call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts being made to notify you.

RDR processing called telling me the need to know if I will be at work all day. They are attempting to serve me with court documents and will be serving me at my work. They gave me a number to call and a reference number. When I called in the lady pulled up and account and she attempted to collect a debt from 2007 on a credit card. When I asked wouldnt credit cards go on my credit report if it was legit she got angry and started overtalking me. I then asked could she send me validation of the debt to my home address she said no but she could email me one, once i proceeded to say i wanted a certified validation of debt not a doctored one from their company she threatened to have someone come to my job and serve me. As soon as iI asked for an email address or mailing address so I can send in a cease and desist letter she hung up on me, I called back and was told do not call unless im paying my bill other than that they will see me in court.

There was also a call to my parent’s landline from the same people just after they called me!! My VM said: "This message is entered for ******. We are calling in regards to a complaint that has been received in our office referencing case number *****. If this is not you, please disregard this message. This is Spencer Lee with RDR Processing. There has been a failed attempt to deliver documents in regards to the complaint to your verified residence. You will need to be available. To receive the documentation and if we are unable to reach you at your residence, we will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment. This does require your immediate attention in order to stop further action from being taken. You will need to reach out to the filing party at 866-558-0383 again, the number is 866-558-0383. This call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts being made to notify you."
