I was contacted via email. They reached out to with a 15 minute interview for Customer Support Agent position. The interview was short via phone call. I sent them a signed contract agreement via electronic signature. Next they wanted me to take a selfie hold my driver’s license front and back and upload it to a link sent from email they provided. I did not send this because it was suspicious. I noticed that the person who interviewed me name was spelled differently from her email. “Amelia” “ Alelia” I also noticed that they wanted me to have a laptop and transportation.

Most companies provide you with a company computer that has an encrypted connection.
