Pls note that this said company, RCCMAINE does not have any phone number listed on their site. I have placed a few order items from the RCC Maine website (RCCMaine.com) on March 12,2026. To my surprise, they sent me 2 emails right after my payment. One confirmation email and one delivery details which was odd considering that i bought a hit of their products and Im assuming that it’ll take a few days to get it shipped. I’ve emailed their customer service email ([email protected]) to give me a tracking number and which they provided but when I enter the info, it keeps saying “tracking number not found”. I’ve been in touch with them a few times and it’s the same run around with them. My last email to them was just this moment-4/2/2026. They said it got delivered but still no tracking number when I look it up from the tracking site they gave me via email. I lost $76.06.
