Rayne Martin Reports & Reviews (1)

• Jun 07, 2025

I was targeted by an individual using the name Rayne Martin, who attempted to sell me a fraudulent online business. To convince me of the legitimacy of the deal, the individual sent:
1. A forged passport from the Republic of Grenada
2. Fabricated bank statements from “First Century Bank”
3. A false business sale agreement for an entity called “Generation Grid Partners”

The goal of these documents was to convince me to send a payment of $13,500 via ACH transfer. Fortunately, I identified the inconsistencies and did not transfer any money.

Details of the Fraudulent Documents:

1. Fake Grenadian Passport:
• Passport number: G06789658
• Numerous misspellings (e.g., “Passiail I fassrcrl”), inconsistent formatting, and a clearly forged machine-readable zone (MRZ)
• No holographic features or legible issuer details
• Submitted to me as a PDF file

2. Fabricated Bank Statements:
• Name: Rayne Martin
• Bank: First Century Bank
• Account number listed: 8398137883
• PO Box addresses used:
• Miami Shores, FL 33480
• Palm Beach, FL 33480
• Statements cover Jan to Dec 2024
• Content shows recycled formatting, rounded numbers, vague descriptions like “Advertising Contribution” and “Website Hosting Namecheap,” inconsistent terminology (e.g., “Withdrawal r-”)

3. False Business Sale Agreement:
• Entity: Generation Grid Partners
• Seller: “Rayne Martin Saxen v Coller”
• Address: 66 NW 106th Street, Miami Shores, FL 33150
• Purchase price: $13,500 USD
• Document claims to include vendor contracts, domain rights, and training support
• Contract lacks any verifiable entity registration, corporate records, or due diligence documentation

Contact and Delivery Details:
• Scammer Name: Rayne Martin / Rayne Martin Saxen v Coller
• Email / phone / chat platform: [Insert if available]
• Business names involved: Generation Grid Partners
• No cryptocurrency or bank transfer was completed, but the scammer requested ACH transfer upon signing the contract

Technical Details:
• Fake documents sent in DOCX and PDF formats
• All documents and images are available for upload or forensic analysis
• Pattern of behavior matches other reported online business sale scams involving forged identity and fictitious profit claims
