My husband found an IPhone XS Max to purchase on FB marketplace. We purchased the phone through PayPal. And Raymond Noah requested we send it friends and family. Not knowing there was no protection with this purchase. He blocked the both of us after we paid. We were blocked on PayPal, Facebook messenger and our only communication was through email. We asked for a tracking number and we were never provided one. We tried to contact his other ways but he never responded and never sent the phone. He provided an excuse that he got our tracking number mixed up with another Danielle. Once I contacted her she informed me that he had pulled the same scam on her and lost $367 and never received a phone.

Hi! I too was scammed by that shameless bum Raymond Noah! I’ve filed several complaints about his scam and I will not stop until he’s held accountable!
