Purchased a boneless couch and chair May 29, 2026. Through the last two weeks of June I received random emails from the shipping company "updating" me on the progress of the delivery. They reported no one home (I was there), gate code not working (there was no gate nor gate code), and other excuses for it not being delivered. Then suddenly it updated as delivered. It was never delivered. The shipping company said an inquiry was opened on July 13, 2026 to determine what happened. I have never heard back from them.

There are advertising merchandise such as chairs, whereas once you open it, it expands to a pretty good size chair, and it comes in all colors. It's been two months almost, and they're saying that it's out to delivery back at the depot, a vehicle broke down back at the depot, out for delivery and then they can't deliver. Because the address is not correct. They corrected this still no delivery. And then, today, they said they delivered it, but there was no delivery.
