Met on dating site Zoosk, entered into romantic relationship. A couple months after starting relationship, he advised me he could help my retirement grow faster with investment into business. After 7 months of dating he proposed marriage & told me to plan wedding & I did, I also paid for the entire wedding. He asked me to invest in a shop/business together & asked for $62,500. I gave him a cashiers check for $62,500. I clearly wrote on memo that this money was for an “shop investment” Unknown to me, he deposited it into his personal bank account. I later found a bank statement of his showing that he had in fact, put it into his personal account. The night before we were to get married, he disappeared and flew home from Florida to Idaho. When that occurred, I figured our relationship was over & asked for my investment to be returned & he told me the money was gone. I am now involved in a legal battle with him, trying to get my retirement money back. The name of this individual is Raul Martinez Fraga his ss # is 535-82-0800.
