They offered complimentary items if customers spend a certain amount of money. After having spent that large amount of money, they kept delaying my items. Months go by and they kept saying it will be shipped out soon. Now, after so many months, they are outright refusing to send it, give me a return option for my order, or anything at all. They literally frauded customers saying if they spend “X” amount of money, get free items. Now they refuse to honor the offer and refuse to return my order. Absolutely disgrace and scam of a company
