The product was not sent (promised of delivery 5-7 days) by Rare Jewelry Co., and company will respond, stating high traffic order, then send out tracking number after the email. I lost $30.00 on this order from their website www.rarejewelryco.com. The item was not sent to the postal office. It is a month into ordering. I tried contacting them at [email protected] but got no real help.
