Yes I placed an order online Friday morning and I paid for priority shipping, it is now Wednesday and this morning when I checked for any updates I didn't have any. Also I have emailed them several times yesterday stating I would be making a claim IF they didn't send an update or let me know when my package would arrive. And I still have nothing, no update on when the package will arrive and no update on the actual website about my items. I just want my refund
