The scammer told me that I owe back taxes to the irs and the amount owed to the irs is $25,000. He then explained to me that their company had a few options to pay the money back but I had to make a $5000 payment today. I needed to make the payment by money order and to call back and ask for Micheal the Manager and we will go from there. I then told him he was a liar and that I didn’t owe any money to anybody because I file all my taxes every year and If this was truly from the IRS I would have received something in mail not over the phone. I hung up on him.

I received a call from a 970 number trying to get me to call back to 260-529-3343 to get in touch with Rapid Tax Fillings LLC. They stated that they received a notice about my back taxes (I don't have any) and for me to get in touch with them about an extended relief program before I started to have my wages garnished. They claimed their name was Meridith Williams

Called from 970-973-4093 and left this voicemail: “And my phone number is 260-529-3342 we are calling about your overdue back tax filing this is a notification call about your back tax debt that must be settled before the end of the month we have received a notice that your taxes need to be settled before the end of the month and if you call today we can help you avoid any wage garnishment my phone number is 260-529-3342 I have some good news for you about some extended relief programs that I've taken affect that can help you to reduce or possibly completely eliminate your overdue tax debt before you receive a wage garnishment once again Meredith Williams from your rapid tax filings LLC and my number is 260-529-3342 if you would like to opt out of future calls please call back the number on your caller ID…”

IRS will not call you, they will send mail. Tired of this scam.
