This person was on a face group Facebook group called COLDEST addiction and their name was Ranell Jacob. Paid $130 for two coldest cups 136 ounce and 146 ounce she said on Sunday, August 2. I gave her the money August 3 is when they were supposed to ship out August 4. I had tried to contact her on Facebook messenger just to find out I was blocked in the accounts no longer existing. I’ve tried going through Cash App and my bank to get the money back. They have denied the funds stating that I fully willingly paid for this product so there’s nothing they can do. I want cash app shut down because that account is still open and accepting money. I don’t see that they have taken that away.
