I ordered a Rand McNally road atlas, printed addition, 10" x 13" that was to be shipped to my home address. They asked for a shipping address. What I received was a downloadable document for RV travel, not a printed version of the Atlas. I complained directly to them and the money was refunded the next day. Their comment: "Sorry you weren't satisfied with our product". A little puzzled why the refund was so easy; I did comment I was going to file a complaint with my CC company. Perhaps that inspired them.
