I ordered a hoodie on March 14th, 2025. I waited until March 27th to reach out and check if my hoodie had been sent out. They emailed me a tracking number, so I waited a few more days to see if the tracking information would update on the website. However, the tracking status never changed; it just kept saying that the facility was awaiting the product. I reached out again, trying to contact them via email, then through their website, and even commenting on their TikTok page, but I didn't receive a response no matter which method I used.
