Found item for sale on the Rafamko website at a desirable price. Thought it strange that a Zassenhaus brand Bread Slicer was listed on a website dedicated to plants. There was also no links to that category of items from the home page but a search presented many other kitchen items. Added the item to cart and proceeded to purchase. Entered VISA card info and proceeded to complete purchase. The charge was rejected by my bank’s fraud alert system. Tried a second time, same result. The bank alert stated that the charge was from UNIVA from Fukuoka Japan. Received email from the company to complete the purchase from [email protected]. The notice included an email for questions at [email protected].

This is supposed to be a garden company. When you try to call them, it perpetually rings. When you try to email them on their contact us form, it doesn't go through. When you try to purchase something, it collects your contact info, address, and credit card info, then doesn't confirm the order. It only collects. It doesn't actually sell anything or let you contact them. Scam.
