I contacted the organization in 2023 about publishing a book. They told me it would cost only $2,000. I asked about publishing another book, and they said that would cost $2,000 too. After paying the $4,000 for both books, the fee kept increasing for other things, which they claimed were necessary to publish the books. I objected to the fee increases. I told them I was dissatisfied with their services and wanted the book publication canceled and my money refunded. They refused to listen to me and kept telling me it was not an additional cost. In the contract, it stated that a website comes with the book. When I inquired about the website, they stated it would cost me an additional $3,000. Again, I objected and told them to refund the $4000 to my bank. Again, they refused. Then, one day, they asked for my Amazon ATP Number. I discussed the matter with Amazon, and Amazon stated I should not give them my ATP Number. If I do, it will put me at risk because they would have access to my entire account and personal information. Amazon asked for their names and locations to check. The person returned and stated that there was no information in Amazon's database matching the information I provided, and it must be a fraud. They said I should report it. I went to my bank, and they filed a dispute to get the $4000 back for me. When the bank contacted them, they immediately sent me an inquiry asking why I filed the dispute. I contacted the bank, and the rep stated I should not contact them and I should file a Better Business Bureau Report. I need my $4000 back. I am a US Army disabled veteran with twenty-six years of military service. I worked hard, and it's from my blood, sweat, and tears that I earned my wages. I hate for these scammers to come out of nowhere and take my cash. I need your help. When asked for the street address they refused to send me the information. I requested the address on Octoner 10, 2023, and it was never sent it to me.
