I saw an advertizement for a revolving puzzle board on social media. I ordered it on Jan. 12, 2025. I kept wondering when it would be delivered and checked back with the confirmation email I had received. It had a tracking connection. It took me to a website for 17Tract and it showed each movement of the item. It showed it was delivered on Feb. 3, but it wasn't and I have a doorbell camera to prove it. I contacted 17Tract and all they say is it was delivered and cannot tell me what business delivered it. They gave me an email to contact, and I've tried the email on the website, but no one is contacting me. I've been took for $43.20 and a lot of my time trying to resolve this. It is from Shenzhen, Hong Kong. I see the same item, using the same video, for almost double the price from here in the U. S. I'm also seeing other businesses on social media with the Mall at the end of the name advertising the same item.

Online Purchase

I saw an advertisement for a puzzle table on my Facebook feed. It all looked legitimate so I ordered it and paid with a debit card. I received confirmation from the company along with tracking information. I was annoyed that the item was being shipped from China! I checked the shipping status often and it seemed like the item was moving through the system correctly. The tracking program stated that the item was delivered on January 31, 2025 to my local post office, but it wasn’t. All attempts to contact the company via the online information provided has failed. There have been different website names and “contact us” emails posted on their website.
