I saw an instagram ad for a treadmill from a company posing as QVC. The ad said that it was being shipped directly from their warehouse and it is on sale because it is an overstock item. I purchased the item on a site that appeared to be QVC. The ad said the item would be shipped from the US within 4-14 days. The tracking information sent was from a Chinese company and had to be translated. I have been in contact with the email address provided since the beginning of June because I have never received the item. The email replies are always the same, send me your order number and then, send me your tracking information, etc. There is never any resolution and I am just asked to send the same information. The company has my debit card information.
