The company Quinox Brokerage Services LLC was contracted by Guardia Financial Security Logistics to charge cleansers and solutions. While performing the charging their machine blew up and damaged the solution. Therefore, the transactions resulted in undeliverable services and goods. The tracking number which they should generate for shipping was not delivered either. The company refuses the refund and charge back I filed in my bank and this incident was reported to my bank, JP Chase Morgan on August 17, 2023. To date, no action has been taken by Quinox to reverse the charge.
