I have consistently tried to reach out to the company for a refund. I sent a message in the contact box for money transferred for bitcoin purchases. I have sent 4 link messages for them to send me a link for a refund. Their customer service department hasn’t reached out after 4 attempts for them to send my money or contact me. They don’t have a phone number for me to call. I have no idea who to contact or what to do to retrieve my refund. Again I messaged them for their so called customer service to contact me and they won’t send me an email or anything. It’s a scam to keep my money.
